Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for any reason. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email tovarasupport@1028oods.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions.

Once we receive the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
